The staff at the hotel were great and exceptional. the room we stayed in was new-fashioned and neat, equipped with a TV and 2 coffee makers. - the location of the hotel was convenient and peaceful. - We enjoyed having tea and goodies at Coco Crepes, which was just 1 mile away from the hotel.

The rooms they offer were neat and new-fashioned with a nice comfortable mattress, sofa, couch. There was variety of outstanding meals.

Hotel was fairly clean and perfect with outstandingly accommodating staff and favourable location next to everything you need. The stay was absolutely great.

Internet connection was weak, made me a little nervous.

I recently had a very good stay at a hotel near the IAH airport. The hotel staff was exceptional, providing warm greetings and going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They even allowed me to check-in early and take my time showering and resting after a long journey with my children. The attention to detail and hospitality shown by the staff truly made a difference in my stay. Additionally, the rooms were well-appointed with comfortable mattresses and a separate section with sofas, perfect for relaxing or working. I also appreciated the clean and well-maintained common areas of the hotel, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Another highlight was the breakfast. I found it to be quite satisfying, with a variety of options including eggs, cereal, fruits, and breads. It was a great way to start each morning. this hotel provided great value for the money and I would highly recommend it for business travelers, especially those working in the nearby office blocks.
